We’ve lived the frustrations, unclear briefs, messy execution, late payments, lack of trust, and power imbalances. So we built The Blue Mango to fix those struggles for everyone involved.

I come from an engineering background and spent years managing projects and client relationships at a digital agency, which means I have lived on both sides of the technical and human equation.

That mix gives me a clear, practical vantage point because I understand how things work behind the scenes and what people need in order to feel supported in the process.

What drives me is not just getting work done, but building spaces where everyone involved feels good about what they are doing and gets rewarded fairly for it. At The Blue Mango, I am working to create exactly that: a place where creators, clients, and the team all thrive together.

I’ve spent my career moving between worlds that are often siloed from one another: agencies and in-house teams, clients and creators, strategy and execution. I’ve seen how creative work is imagined, built, and delivered, and more importantly, where it breaks down. Too often, collaboration fails not because of talent or money, but because of misalignment.

The old ways aren’t working anymore. Not for clients or creators navigating complexity and change. And not for teams trying to build in a noisy, increasingly automated world. We didn’t want to build another marketplace. We wanted to rethink how collaboration actually happens.

I care deeply about discernment: choosing the right approach for the right moment, with the right people. The Blue Mango is a reflection of that belief. A creative co-op that blends human judgment with smart systems. Where projects aren’t just completed, but done well, and done together.
